Q: Can I re-order my previous order?
A: Yes, you can! Just follow these steps:
- Log into SverigeShoppen
- Click “MY ACCOUNT”
- Click “ORDERS”
- Click “ORDER AGAIN”
- Now your chosen order can be found in your basket.
Q: I haven’t received my order / my order is missing items / my shipment is late?
A: We are sad to hear that! Please send us an email at email@example.com , so we can assist you with your order. Please also include your order number, and explain clearly what went wrong with your order, to ensure that you get the best customer service as soon as possible. Our customer service is open during our opening hours.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Currently we do not accept returns. However, if you have any problems with your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org , so we can assist you. SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Q: How much do you charge for shipping in Hong Kong?
A: In Hong Kong we charge a fixed shipping fee of HK$55, regardless of how much you order.
Q: How will my order be shipped, and how long does it take?
A: Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express.
Once we get your order, we will process and package it as soon as possible, during our opening hours.
For next day delivery: Please make sure to do your order BEFORE 3PM.
For orders shipped outside of Hong Kong, please refer to the Hong Kong Speedpost.
Q: Do you ship outside of Hong Kong.
A: Yes, we do! Currently we ship to these countries:
Is your country missing from the list? Please send us an email at email@example.com , for a possibility of shipping to your country!
Be noted that when ordering overseas SverigeShoppen is not responsible for any and all custom fees, taxes, tariffs or duties that may occur. Please also make sure to check the importing laws of your country, to make sure the products you are ordering can be shipped into your destination.
If you refuse the delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for all payments of returning shipping fees and any other applicable fees.

Q: Are there any restrictions for international shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver frozen or refrigerated goods outside of Hong Kong. If you would like to know more, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We take no responsibility over destination country’s restrictions and laws for imported goods. Please make sure to check the importing laws of your country, before making an order, to make sure that we can ship your order to you with no problems.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Yes, we do! You can find our store in Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, opposite the Star Ferry Terminal on 3 Salisbury Road.

Q: What are the opening hours of your physical store?
A: We are open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. We are closed on Sundays and during Public Holidays. For the correct list of Public Holidays in Hong Kong, please refer to the list maintained by the Government of Hong Kong.

Q: Your shop is missing a product I want!
A: We are always changing and expanding our range of Nordic products. If there are certain products you are missing, don’t hesitate to let us know! We get weekly deliveries from the North, and often we can arrange to import the products you are missing. You can contact us through any of our channels to let us know your wishes, and we will try to make it happen.
Q: Can I return the SverigeShoppen bag and how do I do it?
A: Yes, you can!
You can just return the bag to us at the shop, or we can arrange a pick-up for your bag. For more information, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
