Customer Information

According to the Personal Data Act, we must ask you to consent to us the processing data about you. The personal information you provide (name, address, social security number, e-mail address and telephone number) may be used to secure your delivery and, if you have approved it, to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to SverigeShoppen. You have the right to take part in the information that is registered about you. You always have the right to request that SverigeShoppen delete or correct the information available about you. By accepting SverigeShoppen’s terms of purchase, you agree to the above.


All orders are made via this store on the Internet


We only accept card payments. Minors (under 18 years of age) may not make purchases without the parent’s approval.
– Card payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.


Local freight Hong Kong by courier. China is delivered by EMS / Speedpost which takes about 3 days. NOTE! Only dry goods (spices), snacks and sweets can be delivered outside Hong Kong.

Delivery date and Delivery time

Orders placed before 12.00 are processed the same day and delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12.00 are processed the next day and delivered the following day. NOTE NO DELIVERY SUNDAYS.
NEW! For all Discovery Bay (DB) orders, it might take one week for delivery since there are minimum orders amount for logistics company to pick up DB orders. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 


All prices are shown in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar). The price that applies is what is stated on the day the customer places his order. We reserve the right to change the prices on the website without prior notice.


Should you, in the unlikely event of a defective item, contact us by phone +852 23121919 and we will also ask you to send your complaint by filling in the e-mail form that you will find under the Customer Service page. If there is an equivalent item in stock, we replace it with a new one, or you get your money back. We are of course responsible for all shipping costs in connection with complaints. We will refund you for the item and / or shipping within 30 days.
