Grilling: Start grilling when the glow turns grayish white. Add the burgers and grill for 5-6 minutes. Turn the hamburgers frequently during grilling.
Pan fry: Put some oil or butter in a cold frying pan and place the plate on high heat. Put in the burgers when the grease has got some color and has stopped bubbling. Fry the burgers 1 minute on each side. Lower the temperature to medium heat. Turn the burgers another 3-4 times so that they get a smooth and nice roasting surface. Total frying time time for a frozen burger is about 6 minutes and for a thawed burger about 5 minutes.
